Omezy uses them for exactly three jobs: holding your guest session together during a call, remembering small preferences, and counting page reads anonymously. Nothing beyond those three.
The strictly necessary kind carries your session through a conversation — turn those off and the service stops working entirely. Preference cookies save you from setting the same thing twice. Analytics cookies count visits in aggregate and stay anonymous; they show us which pages deserve more work and reveal nothing about who you are.
Buying coins runs through an external payment processor, which may set its own cookies to operate checkout and prevent fraud. Those are governed by the processor’s own policy, and the card details they guard never touch Omezy.
Every modern browser lets you refuse or erase cookies from its privacy settings. Refusing the strictly necessary kind stops calls and sign-in from working at all; refusing the rest merely costs you a few remembered preferences. Deleting cookies also wipes your guest session — and once in a while, a clean slate is exactly what you wanted.
